From Raw Material to Finished Plate
Quality starts before production does. Lead and key materials are checked before they are released to the line. CSPower then produces its lead plates in-house, which means plate quality is controlled directly rather than depending on outside suppliers. Plates are inspected for dimensions, weight and surface condition before moving on.

Assembly and Controlled Charging
Qualified plates and components are assembled under controlled procedures. Welding, sealing and cell integrity are checked at this stage to prevent leakage and internal faults that could surface later in the field.

Charging is where a battery’s performance is set. Batteries are charged under controlled programs, and OPzV gel batteries go through a dedicated process matched to their tubular gel design.

100% Testing and Final Inspection
This is the step that matters most to buyers. Every battery is tested and inspected before shipment, not just sampled. Voltage and capacity are verified on dedicated test machines against the rated specification, followed by a final check of the case, terminals and marking. Consistency within a batch matters most for series and parallel battery banks in solar, UPS and telecom projects, and full inspection is how we protect it.

Verify It Yourself: Client and SGS Inspection
We do not ask clients to take our word for it. Before shipment, you can:
- Inspect the goods yourself or send your own representative to the factory
- Appoint a third-party agency such as SGS to inspect your order
- Request a video inspection if you cannot visit in person
Pre-shipment inspections have been carried out on CSPower orders for international clients. If you plan to inspect, tell us your requirements when placing the order so we can arrange the schedule and prepare the goods.
Protective Packing and Careful Loading
Quality control does not end at the factory door. Finished batteries are packed with protection suited to long-distance shipping and loaded into containers with attention to stacking and fixing. A battery that arrives damaged is not a quality battery.
